
I am an experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme educator and programme leader with over 15 years of experience across India and New Zealand, specializing in early childhood education, programme coordination, and curriculum leadership.
Currently serving as Infants Programme Coordinator and IB PYP Grade Level Coordinator at Pathways School Noida, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning experiences aligned with IB philosophy, Programme Standards and Practices, and developmental best practices.
My work focuses on strengthening programme coherence, mentoring educators, facilitating professional development, and building responsive learning environments that promote learner agency, identity, and conceptual understanding.
