About ME

I am an experienced International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme educator and programme leader with over 15 years of experience across India and New Zealand, specializing in early childhood education, programme coordination, and curriculum leadership.

Currently serving as Infants Programme Coordinator and IB PYP Grade Level Coordinator at Pathways School Noida, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of inquiry-based, transdisciplinary learning experiences aligned with IB philosophy, Programme Standards and Practices, and developmental best practices.

My work focuses on strengthening programme coherence, mentoring educators, facilitating professional development, and building responsive learning environments that promote learner agency, identity, and conceptual understanding. I actively contribute to curriculum innovation by integrating Approaches to Learning (ATL), documentation of learning, and authentic assessment practices.

As a NEASC Team Visitor, I aim to support international school accreditation processes, contributing to institutional reflection, programme evaluation, and continuous improvement aligned with global education standards.

I have also designed and facilitated professional development workshops for educators across India, focusing on:

My academic background includes Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, and Psychoveda, enabling me to integrate developmental psychology with curriculum leadership.

I am passionate about contributing to global education through programme leadership, teacher mentoring, curriculum design, accreditation support, and consultancy.
