What we value in education is quietly evolving.
From delivering answers… to awakening thinking.
I recently facilitated an online workshop with educators at Greenwood International School, Qatar on creative and Critical thinking.
We began with a question:
What kind of thinkers do our children need to become for the future?
And then it deepened..
Not what should children learn?
But who are they becoming in a changing world?
From there, we moved into practice:
-Starting from children’s natural ideas and interests
-Making thinking consistent, not occasional
-Designing learning where thinking is intrinsic, not imposed
We explored simple, practical ways to:
– nurture student voice
– deepen inquiry
– bring together creative and critical thinking

From surface learning to deep, authentic thinking.
And a quiet reminder stayed…
When teaching comes from awareness and is guided by Viveka, thinking doesn’t need to be forced.
It begins to emerge on its own !!
